Administrative information

This article explains where to manage all the administrative aspects of your Fincome account: subscription, invoices and billing information, in a few clicks.

1. Access the administrative management of your account

All information related to your Fincome subscription is centralized in one place and accessible from any page of the platform.

Step 1 – Open the user menu

Go to bottom left of the Fincome interface, then click on your initials (user menu).

Step 2 – Access subscription management

In the menu that opens, click on "Manage my subscription".

You will then be redirected to the administrative area of your account.

2. What information can be found in this area?

In the Manage my subscriptionsection, you can in particular:

  • View the information of your current subscription (plan, status, etc.)

  • Access your invoice history

  • Download your Fincome invoices

  • Update certain billing information

This area allows you to manage all administrative matters related to your relationship with Fincome, without going through support.
