Configure my acquisition costs

Master your acquisition costs with Fincome. Discover how to configure CAC, amortization period, and the LTV/CAC ratio for optimal management.

Your Fincome dashboard allows you to obtain metrics for tracking your acquisition costs (Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), CAC payback period, LTV/CAC).

To be able to add acquisition costs, you must have an administrator role on Fincome

Method to enter your acquisition costs

Go to the "Data" > "Acquisition Costs". You can then enter salaries as well as other related expenses.

Note

• Salaries to enter are gross annual salaries including employer contributions

• For employees still employed, enter no value in the "end date"
