Administrative information
Accessing the administrative management of your account
All information related to your Fincome subscription is centralized in one place and accessible from any page of the platform.
Step 1 – Open the user menu
Go to the bottom left of the Fincome interface, then click on your initials (user menu).
Step 2 – Access subscription management
In the menu that opens, click on "Manage my subscription".
You are then redirected to the administrative area of your account.
What information can be found in this area?
In the Manage my subscription section, you can in particular:
- View your current subscription information (plan, status, etc.)
- Access your invoice history
- Download your Fincome invoices
- Update certain billing information
This area lets you manage all the administrative aspects of your relationship with Fincome, without going through support.
