# Administrative information

# Accessing the administrative management of your account

All information related to your Fincome subscription is centralized in one place and accessible from any page of the platform.

### Step 1 – Open the user menu

Go to the **bottom left of the Fincome interface**, then click on **your initials** (user menu).

### Step 2 – Access subscription management

In the menu that opens, click on **"Manage my subscription"**.

You are then redirected to the administrative area of your account.

# What information can be found in this area?

In the **Manage my subscription** section, you can in particular:
* View **your current subscription information** (plan, status, etc.)
* Access **your invoice history**
* Download your **Fincome invoices**
* Update certain **billing information**

This area lets you manage all the administrative aspects of your relationship with Fincome, without going through support.
